Return & Exchange Policy

الاسترجاع (Returns)

لا يوجد استرجاع للطلبات بعد استلامها.

الاستثناء الوحيد هو في حالة وجود عيب أو ديفوه غير موضح أو غير ظاهر في البوست أو الصور الأساسية المنشورة على صفحة Instagram الخاصة بالمتجر.

في حالة وجود أي عيب غير موضح مسبقًا، يرجى التواصل معنا وإرسال صور واضحة للمنتج فور استلام الطلب، حتى يتم مراجعة الحالة واتخاذ الإجراء المناسب.

الاستبدال (Exchanges)

الاستبدال متاح خلال يوم واحد فقط (24 ساعة) من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

يجب التواصل معنا خلال 24 ساعة من استلام الأوردر في حالة الرغبة في الاستبدال. بعد مرور هذه المدة، لن نتمكن من قبول أي طلب استبدال.

لذلك، يرجى فحص المنتج والتأكد منه فور استلامه.

الطلبات خارج مصر (International Orders)

سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال غير متاحة للطلبات التي يتم شحنها خارج مصر.

بمجرد شحن الطلب إلى خارج مصر، لا يمكن قبول أي طلبات استرجاع أو استبدال.

Returns

We do not accept returns after you receive your order.

The only exception is if the item has a defect or problem that was not shown or mentioned in the main post or photos on our Instagram page.

If you find a problem that was not mentioned before, please contact us and send clear photos of the item as soon as you receive your order. We will check the issue and let you know what we can do.

Exchanges

You can request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please contact us within 24 hours if you want to exchange your item. After 24 hours, we cannot accept exchange requests.

Please check your order as soon as you receive it.

Orders Shipped Outside Egypt

Returns and exchanges are not available for orders shipped outside Egypt.

Once an order is shipped outside Egypt, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges.
